If you did not receive your purchased item, please check the following first:
1. Bag section of your inventory
2. Misc section of your inventory
3. Check your mailbox

Refund policy - If the purchased item was not received:
- Google Play: an automatic refund will be issued after a certain period of time (max 3 days), as long as the item has not been consumed.
- Apple App Store: you can request a refund directly from Apple by providing your purchase code, as long as the item has not been consumed.
If you are having trouble making a purchase, please make sure you are online with a stable connection and that the game is connected to the server.
Disconnected from the server
Reconnect to the server

To make purchases, you need to reconnect the game to the server. To do this, return to the main menu and click on the top left corner

Then click reconnect
Purple Crystal Purchase:
If you are disconnected or playing completely offline, you may not see your balance of purple crystals. To check and use them, you need to be connected to the internet and, if necessary, follow the procedure explained earlier.

Known Issues
Below you can find a list of currently known issues. Our team is working to resolve them as soon as possible:
- Disabling shadows may cause a visual glitch. The issue disappears after reloading the level.
- Ambient Occlusion and Bloom may cause visual glitches on certain devices, such as black stripes on the screen. Please disable them if you encounter any issues.
- Longer loading time may occur on the very first launch of the game. This happens only once, as the game completes its initial setup. We are working on a patch to reduce loading time
- There is a guard at the beginning of the prison who may get stuck at the start of the game. If this happens, please restart the game if you wish to continue playing. We are working on fixing the issue
- Some user are experiencing issues installing from the Google Play Store, please make sure you have at least 4.5 GB of free space on your device. If the problem persists, check this Link.
